Our Clinicians

  • Brian Brown, psyd - Clinical Psychologist co-founder

Meaningful relationships are an essential part of fulfillment and happiness. I believe in the unique power of the relationship that develops between therapist and client. Through an exploration of this interaction, we can more wholly understand your past and current relationships and help shape future experiences. I work with people who are struggling in a variety of ways and are ready to dig in and do some difficult and deeply powerful work that will lead to greater choice and freedom.

  • Jo Dille, PsyD - Clinical Psychologist

Life can be challenging, and everyone has times when they feel overwhelmed and need some support. In my work, I provide a caring, nonjudgmental environment for adolescents, adults, and their families to speak openly about their lives and to explore their true selves. Therapy is meant to be collaborative, so picture me as a trusted guide walking beside you as you face what comes next.

As a queer and genderfluid human, I recognize that people hold multiple complex identities. Understanding these intersecting parts starts with respect. As an avid gamer and Lego builder, I enjoy finding creative and occasionally humorous ways forward.

My approach is primarily rooted in Adlerian psychology and ACT; and I specialize in working with young people, people with anxiety, and folks in the LGBTQ+ community.

  • Aaron Melnek, PsyD - Clinical Psychologist

Humans are social creatures, which leads us to be affected by relationships in profound ways. However, relationships are highly complex, and can, at times, be difficult to decipher, form, and maintain. My work with clients has been centered around the development of stronger and healthier relationships, and that work begins with creating and managing powerful bonds between therapist and client.

I practice primarily using psychodynamic principles integrated with techniques from various other disciplines, including ACT, humanism, and existentialism. My areas of clinical interest include identity development, relationships and sexuality, depression and anxiety, and phase of life concerns.

  • Sarah Anderson, BFA, MS - Pre-Licensed Therapist

I believe we heal and thrive when we nurture healthy intrinsic (fundamental to who we are) connection to ourselves and others. This work creates a safety net allowing us to build self-esteem and adapt without losing our personal power. Pursuing the arts with a former career as a performer, choreographer, and artistic director, I strongly relate to "fitting-in while trying to stand-out".

As a creative, I approach therapy exploratively and collaboratively. I use narrative therapy, CBT, DBT, systems theory, drama therapy, yoga/movement, and artistic expression.

I am inspired to work on Creativity Block, Self-Worth, Intergenerational Trauma, PMDD, Adolescent Self-Esteem, Anxiety, and Depression. Embarking on the therapeutic journey can be hard so I love to create space to slow down and encourage ease while showing compassion. If you think we might be a good fit, let’s talk.

  • Maddy Hartline, PsyD

Maddy Hartline, PsyD - Postdoctoral Fellow

My therapy practice is deeply rooted in honoring diverse identities and providing multi-culturally congruent care. I view our work together as a collaborative partnership that celebrates your authentic self throughout the process. I am curious about how each person’s identities—whether related to race, gender, sexuality, or neurodiversity—inform their experiences and their relationship to mental health care. I believe that everyone brings unique strengths to their healing journey!

My work integrates somatic practices to deepen the understanding of the mind-body connection, and I utilize Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to support your growth. Additionally, I use a trauma-informed approach to co-create safety and autonomy, fostering trust in yourself and our therapeutic relationship.

  • Katie Moody, PsyD

Katie Moody, PsyD - Postdoctoral Fellow

Making the changes you want to see in your life begins with the relationship you have with yourself. Together, we will strengthen that relationship, helping you trust yourself with compassion and ease. My primary goal is to create a present and focused space where you will feel heard and understood. By incorporating your strengths, interests, and values I will uniquely tailor treatment for you drawing from a variety of styles as I get to know you.

I work from a culturally humble, trauma-informed lens to promote healing and wellness, and navigate your personal story. Also, I enjoy incorporating the neuroscience behind different patterns of behavior. Our work together will likely include holistic practices outside of the office, as I believe that feeling good embodies the mind, body, and spirit.
